By subscribing to or using theXReader, you agree to these Terms of Use (End User License Agreement).

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's Account Settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions) at any time. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
theXReader grants you a non-transferable license to use the app and its content on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Usage Rules of the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You agree not to redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the app or its content. Comics marked as free are public-domain or licensed for free distribution; all other content requires an active subscription.
You may cancel at any time via your Apple ID subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to the App Store refund policy.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. theXReader is part of the SpiritTower family.
